Engineering approach
I designed a central orchestrator, event bus, shared state manager, and specialized agents behind uniform provider interfaces for monitoring, logging, LLMs, vector databases, infrastructure, and alerting.

Selected outcomes
- Supports CI/CD, monitoring, knowledge, remediation, and alerting agents.
- Exposes Python SDK, CLI, and FastAPI service interfaces.
- Uses a reproducible RAG knowledge pipeline for runbooks, incidents, architecture documents, and logs.
- Remains in private development while the public SDK is prepared.
